I’ve had a prolific day today - I watered plants, cleared up my computer desk [which I NEVER do], cleaned my room, watched Sally Field [<3] fly on the Tonight Show [Why do I get the feeling that Jay Leno secretly endorses Obama?] and got a haircut. Hell, I even did my bed!
Anyway, tomorrow, I’m gonna watch Elizabeth: The Golden Age starring the gorgeous mother-of-three, Cate Blanchett. I don’t know why, but I’m fascinated by British royalty. I mean, ever since I watched The Queen [found a whole new level of appreciation for Cherie Blair for her refusal to curtsey], I’m a sucker for movies featuring the British monarchs - I saw Mrs.Brown on TV a few days back [Dame Judi Dench!!! I'll have to start a whole new post to describe how great an actress she is] - loved it. I watched The Other Boleyn Girl too [review coming up here soon], and it made me read up on Henry VIII and the antics of the Boleyn family. It must be because of the respect, customs and traditions associated with the royals.
Gawd, I’ve been rambling. Gotta go now. Woah. This post is like a whole lotta name dropping
